sono in pianificazione "professionale" per i miei prossimi anni...non è che per caso qualcuno (pref. pilota nel caso specifico... ) mi può dare delle informazioni/consigli per orientarmi meglio sulle tematiche:
- First Officer su B-737 (..NG?..) con Easy o Ryan ;
- Trattamenti economici (comprensivi di seccature varie tipo contributi pensionistici,..ecc.. ) ;
- Basi (ciampino,londra,...) di impiego .
Vi ringrazio tantissimo! ...premetto che sono in via di conseguimento di ATPL (frozen di certo, ma forse potrei avere anche il full.."in-progress") e NON ho ancora il type sul 737

Long sectors are those with a great circle distance of 1001nm or more and these attract sector pay at a rate of 1.5 of the nominal rate.
Sector Pay for other Duties
Ground Training Duties: A payment equal to 2 sectors pay per simulator or annual recurrent ground training duty day.
Night Stops: A payment equal to 2 sectors pay per night stop away from base except for trainees undergoing initial or recurrent ground training including simulator and those undergoing internal command conversion.
Ad Hoc Office Duty: Unless a permanent arrangement in lieu of sector pay has been agreed with an individual and where loss of sector pay adjustment is not made to salary, any office duties performed at the behest of the Company will be paid at the rate equivalent to 2 sectors per day.
Airport Standby: Airport Standby (ASBY) payments:
0-4 hrs - payment equivalent to 1 nominal sector
Over 4 hrs - payment equivalent to 2 nominal sectors
If you are called out to fly within the first 4 hours of ASBY, the flying sectors earned will be paid and no payment will be made for ASBY. If a Pilot is called out to fly after 4 hours on ASBY, the Pilot may claim 1 sector for the first 4 hours of ASBY and will be paid the sectors earned.
Examiner/Instructor: In addition to the payment equal to 2 sectors ground allowance, Examiners/Instructors performing such duties on the ground, including simulator, will be paid an Examiners/Instructors allowance of €56 per day whenever the examining/instructing duty exceeds 4 hours.
Loyalty Bonus Payments

Captains will be paid a bonus on the second and subsequent anniversaries of joining the company in accordance with the table below, provided he or she has not given or been given notice on their qualifying date.

Loss of Licence Insurance: Cover is 1.3 times annual combined basic pay subject to a maximum sum insured of GBP150, 000.
Death in Service & Personal Accident Insurance: Death in Service cover is 4 times basic salary. Personal accident cover for prescribed injuries or disablement is also provided. Both are paid net of any statutory benefits.
Medicals: Flight crew will be reimbursed for the actual cost of their Class one medical certificate renewal based on CAA/JAA requirements and recommended charges.
Car Parking: Access to a staff car park at a pilot’s base will be provided free of charge.
Uniform Allowance: €25 per month for maintenance and upkeep of the uniform.
Staff Travel: easyJet operates a staff travel policy and details of this policy can be found in the employee People Handbook.
Part Time Working: Part time contracts are available at 50% and 75%, following a minimum of 12 months at full time in accordance with pilot protocols on the company intranet.
Standby Duty: When on home standby, a crew member will have 90 minutes from call out to report for duty in the crew room. It is the pilot's responsibility to ensure that they remain within reach by telephone during periods of standby, and when away from a landline, this includes responsibility for remaining within adequate mobile phone network coverage.
easyJet Share Options: easyJet operates share option schemes and details of these schemes are communicated to all employees who are eligible on an annual basis.

Ryanair ti impiega invece come contractor, quindi tutte le questioni fiscali e previdenziali sono a carico tuo.
Sono circa 80 euro per ora block to block, quando finisci il LT e hai 500 ore on type (prima fai la fame quasi).

visto che mi sembri "ferrato"...:
- con il mio ATPL (frozen o "scongelato"...) quale prospettiva "migliore" potrei avere con Easy? (..a grandi linee,eh!..non voglio opprimerti!.. )

Mmm... definisci prospettiva migliore. Comunque ultimamente non stanno assumendo in Easyjet, c'è gente che ha passato le selezioni da più di sei mesi e ancora aspetta di essere chiamata per il corso.

Tieni conto che ultimamente stanno assumendo con contratti Brookfield, quindi legato tutto alle ore di volo, niente fisso. Alla pensione ci pensi tu, idem per le tasse. Stanno ricominciando ora le selezioni dopo un freeze di qualche tempo, in vista dei nuovi corsi sul 73 che riprendono a Marzo (circa 30.000€ a spese tue).

A Dicembre alcune selezioni sono programmate, a giudicare da quello che leggo sul famoso forum internazionale di piloti e aspiranti tali. E sono pronto a giurare che fino a pochi giorni fa anche sul sito si parlava di assunzioni per una holding pool per dei corsi a Marzo...

Si, su quel forum ho letto anche io che è previsto un ripristino per marzo, ma sul sito ryanair non è stata apportata alcuna modifica da molto tempo.
Bhà, prima o poi riprenderanno. Almeno è una delle poche realtà dove dopo type non rimani a spasso.

In FR tutti i contratti sono Brookfield, soprattutto per motivi fiscali, contratti diretti Ryanair sono solo per captain direct entry e per i passaggi a chi già è dentro i Ryanair, ovvero i f/o che hanno conseguito il corso comando.

Lo so, ma in questo caso non mi sembra ci siano inesattezze clamorose. C'è pure scritto che ora i nuovi contratti sono tutti Brookfield.
Ma fino a non molto tempo fa c'era anche chi entrava con contratto Ryan. Lo so perchè un paio di piloti FR erano nel mio stesso e aeroclub e ci parlo ogni tanto (non sono entrati più di 2, massimo tre anni fa, a occhio).

Dirk, quando finisci il line training hai circa 200/190 ore on type. Il target per il line check sono 84 tratte. C'è anche chi a 120 tratte non ha ancora finito il line training e chi a 70 riesce già a fare il line check quindi dipende.
Da 0/500hr on type si ricevono 55€ per scheduled block hour. Da 500/1500 sono 75€ e sopra le 1500 sono 80€.
Adesso iniziano tutti direttamente con contratto Brookfield, e contratto Ryanair lo si può ottenere dopo il command upgrade anche se adesso molti comandanti hanno ricevuto Brookfield. Quindi c'è un pò di tutto. Ma per F/O solo Brookfield.

Alberto ma sotto quale aspetto si differenziano i due contratti? Ovvero per un F/O con Brookfield e lo stesso con contratto Ryan, cosa cambia?? Mi fai sapere?? Tu qui in Italia come ti sei comportato? Hai dovuto dimostrare l'assunzione a qualche ente previdenziale? Dirk, quando finisci il line training hai circa 200/190 ore on type. Il target per il line check sono 84 tratte. C'è anche chi a 120 tratte non ha ancora finito il line training e chi a 70 riesce già a fare il line check quindi dipende.
Da 0/500hr on type si ricevono 55€ per scheduled block hour. Da 500/1500 sono 75€ e sopra le 1500 sono 80€.
Adesso iniziano tutti direttamente con contratto Brookfield, e contratto Ryanair lo si può ottenere dopo il command upgrade anche se adesso molti comandanti hanno ricevuto Brookfield. Quindi c'è un pò di tutto. Ma per F/O solo Brookfield.

ragazzi capisco i vostri dubbi,è una situazione abbastanza contorta sotto il profilo contrattualistico e previdenziale.
Allora, partiamo dal presupposto che contratti Ryanair non ne vengono fatti più. Le sole eccezioni sono per chi diventa Cpt e nemmeno tutti i comandanti lo ottengono. Dipende un pò dal caso o non so ancora da cosa.
Il buon vecchi contratto Ryanair era/è un contratto normalissimo registrato in Irlanda con buste paga , contributi e tasse versate nella medesima nazione. Le buste paga vengono recapitate nella casella del rispettivo pilota.
Adesso per non so quali motivi, ma suppongo di risparmio, vengono offerti contratti da parte Brookfield , è una società come la PARC o la Rishworth Aviation. Semplicemente sei un contractor ma con un legame particolare con Ryanair.
Per quanto riguarda il presente, i nuovi cadets che hanno passato la selezione firmano da subito con Brookfield un contratto di 5 anni.
