Ho sentito tale termine guardando un DVD della ITVV, precisamente quello del Boeing 747-400 Cathay Pacific.
questo è ciò che si dicono il CPT ed il F/O immediatamente dopo il decollo:
F/O: V1
F/O: VR
F/O: V2
CPT: Gear up
F/O: off the Brake, Gear up
CPT: L Nav
F/O:Check
CPT: Thrust ref, V nav speed
F/O:Check
E' tutto chiaro eccetto questo termine, thrust ref.
Posso anche aver capito male , ma lo ho riascoltato molte volte e mi sembra di aver capito proprio thrust ref.
Se dovessi aver capito male (probabile)vi porgo le mie scuse e vi ringrazio comunque per l'attenzione prestatami

vuol dire che hanno confermato entrambi che il valore massimo di spinta è alla TOGA.
thrust ref è in questo caso il valore massimo che l'A/T raggiungerà.

Credo che si riferisca alla modalità RTO dei freni che si autodisattivi.
