Vedi tu, io so che gli ultimi che hanno selezionato poi non li hanno tenuti dopo il contratto iniziale, e comunque volano davvero poco ultimamente (non più di 10\20 ore al mese)...

Il problema è che sono così tanti a voler\poter pagare che le selezioni le fanno per davvero...
