Conversione IR da FAA a JAA dopo i 12 mesi!

Ciao ragazzi,
volevo alcune informazioni riguardo la conversione da IR FAA a JAA.
Si può convertire anche se non sono stati effettuati voli nei primi 6 mesi o dopo la BFR?
Mi spiego meglio:
mi trovo in USA e sto per prendere lo strumentale, tra 2 settimane rientro in Italia e per motivi di lavoro sicuramente non toccherò aereo per almeno 12 mesi.
La mia domanda è quindi : se supero i 12 mesi o i 24 mesi come da BFR che succede? Posso convertire ugualmente la licenza da FAA a JAA o devo tornare in USA a farmi qualche ora di volo prima delle conversioni?

puoi mantenerti corrente volando anche con un simulatore ed un istruttore europeo
Non è specificato nelle Far che tu debba volare con un aereo targato November
e comunque fino all'ultimo giorno del dodicesimo mese tu sei ancora corrente, ma hai bisogno di un safety pilot per effettuale tutte le manovre che ti servono per essere corrente al 100%... cosa che puoi benissimo fare con un istruttore della scuola dove vuoi convertire.
Se il tuo ir ha meno di 24 mesi conta la BFR.
Ti consiglio di scrivere alla FAA perchè loro ti chiariscono tutto, ma a meno di sorprese è come ti ho detto io

(c) Instrument experience. Except as provided in paragraph (e) of this section, a person may act as pilot in command under IFR or weather conditions less than the minimums prescribed for VFR only if:

(1) Use of an airplane, powered-lift, helicopter, or airship for maintaining instrument experience. Within the 6 calendar months preceding the month of the flight, that person performed and logged at least the following tasks and iterations in an airplane, powered-lift, helicopter, or airship, as appropriate, for the instrument rating privileges to be maintained in actual weather conditions, or under simulated conditions using a view-limiting device that involves having performed the following—

(i) Six instrument approaches.


(ii) Holding procedures and tasks.

(iii) Intercepting and tracking courses through the use of navigational electronic systems.

(2) Use of a flight simulator or flight training device for maintaining instrument experience. Within the 6 calendar months preceding the month of the flight, that person performed and logged at least the following tasks and iterations in a flight simulator or flight training device, provided the flight simulator or flight training device represents the category of aircraft for the instrument rating privileges to be maintained and involves having performed the following—

(i) Six instrument approaches.

(ii) Holding procedures and tasks.

(iii) Intercepting and tracking courses through the use of navigational electronic systems.
