Bisogna capire che passeggeri erano, magari erano parenti di militari o cose simili. Durante le Giornate Azzurre c'era un C-130 dell'AM che faceva avanti e dietro tra Ciampino e Pratica per portare persone (e io ho quasi sfiorato il passaggio aereo, poi non se ne è fatto nulla).

Aggiornamento di oggi: "Antonov presented condolences to the families of the victims reporting that the aircraft had not been permitted to fly as required maintenance as well as the extension of service life and the necessary work to enable service life extension had not been performed in time. The aircraft had been built on the company's factory in Tashkent in 1971 and was registered in the Republic of Tajikistan. The Civil Aviation Authority of Sudan, leading the investigation into the crash, as well as the Civil Aviation Authority in Tajikistan as state of registry have informed the Civil Aviation Authority of the Ukraine (state of construction) in compliance with ICAO requirements, the CAA Ukraine is going to decide whether the Ukraine is going to participate in the investigation of the crash.".
