sono già stato a metà ottobre a SVQ con Iberia da VCE, e ho la FA Plus, vediamo che mi spetta

riprendo questo argomento per farvi notare una cosa simpatica.
Ad oggi non mi avevano ancora riconosciuto lo status, così, non avendo nulla da fare gli ho scritto 10 minuti fa:
"Dear Isabelle,

Regarding the below email, I never received any communication from Iberia, and when I tried to contact them, they reply that they don't know nothing about that status match, could you please check and revert?

Con mia grande sorpresa, nel giro di 5 minuti, arriva la risposta:
"Dear Mr Grimaldi,

Thank you for your email and in English as my Italian is not very good.
I have relayed your email to Iberia and asked them to contact you with an update.

My latest information from Iberia confirmed that your status will be changed early January so all should be in order very shortly.
