Non posso fare a meno di notare che vi è una considerevole dose di riservatezza circa i paesi che sono stati visitati nel corso del lungo viaggio.
E non credo sia passato dall' Italia in quanto, se ciò fosse avvenuto, qualcosa, sicuramente, sarebbe stato comunicato .....

Vero, non ho trovato nulla riguardo i paesi toccati dal Demonstration Tour del KC-390, Svezia e Francia a parte. Anche sul sito di Embraer non ho trovato particolari info, a parte il comunicato stampa ufficiale, da cui è tratto l'articolo del Portale. In Italia non mi risulta proprio che sia passato: come dici tu, qualcosa si sarebbe dovuto sapere.

Crew on an Embraer KC-390 requested an early return to base after the aircraft completing a stall test earlier this month, the Brazilian manufacturer says.
As part of Embraer’s flight certification efforts, a prototype KC-390 transport aircraft conducted a stall speed test on 12 October.
But decreased lift force caused an altitude loss that would prematurely call the KC-390 crew back to base, Embraer tells FlightGlobal in a 23 October email.

Embraer will deliver its first KC-390 transport/tanker from the middle of next year, with flight testing having reached an advanced stage.
In a third-quarter results statement issued on 27 October, Embraer said it "will be ramping up production of the KC-390" next year, "with first delivery of this jet expected in the second half of 2018".
The Brazilian air force is its only confirmed buyer for the twinjet to date, with the service to field an eventually 28-strong fleet.
The company has previously outlined a plan to hand over its first two customer aircraft in 2018.

The Embraer KC-390 protoype involved in a stall speed incident on 12 October has not been significantly damaged and is set to return to flight testing following minor repairs.
The Brazilian airframer says in a statement provided to FlightGlobal that the aircraft, 001, “experienced an event beyond the planned limit” during a simulated icing test, which took the aircraft beyond its airspeed and load factor operating limitations.
That forced the crew to apply recovery procedures, and the aircraft returned to Embraer’s test base at Gavião Peixoto.
It has not flown for more than a month since the incident.

In a sign that testing activity has resumed since an incident six weeks ago, Embraer’s KC-390 arrived at the company’s US base in Jacksonville, Florida on 20 November to begin a series of flight tests before certification.
The KC-390's flight test centre is based deep in Brazil's interior at the remote Gavião Peixoto complex.
But Embraer will test its dual-role transport and tanker in Jacksonville, evaluating avionics systems, crosswind operations and external noise.

Embraer is on the verge of completing a deal with Portugal confirming the country as the first export customer for the KC-390 tanker transport.
“We are discussing with the government the final contract,” the Brazilian airframer’s chief executive Paulo Cesar Silva said at a pre-Farnborough air show media briefing in Lisbon on 26 June.
It comes just over a year after Portugal opened negotiations to buy five KC-390s, with an option for a sixth, with deliveries starting in 2021.

I danni riportati dal prototipo a causa dell' uscita di pista dello scorso 5 Maggio impongono a Embraer lo slittamento di alcuni mesi della consegna del primo esemplare operativo alla Força Aérea Brasileira .....

The nine-year-old development programme for the twin-engined tanker-transport had been on track until an “operational issue” caused the first of two flight test aircraft to overrun a runway in Brazil, leading to heavy damage to the landing gear and fuselage, Embraer says.
Embraer had planned to deliver the third KC-390 to the Brazilian air force by the end of the year, but that aircraft will now be diverted to help the company complete the flight test campaign in the absence of the first prototype, says chief financial officer Nelson Salgado.
The fourth KC-390 to roll-off Embraer’s assembly line will now be the first of 28 aircraft delivered to the Brazilian air force.

Embraer successfully completed a test of troop unloading and evacuation via the front and rear doors of its KC-390 at Brasília Air Force Base, in Brazil on 21 November.
The tests are required for the aircraft to achieve Final Operational Capability, which is part of the final military certification of the aircraft, expected to occur in the last quarter of 2019, Embraer says (*).
The KC-390 is a medium-sized military transport aircraft powered by two International Aero Engines V2500 turbofans. The transport can carry 80 passengers or 64 paratroopers.

Embraer is closing in on its first export deal for the KC-390 transport/tanker with programme partner Portugal, as it readies to fly the initial delivery aircraft for launch customer Brazil to the Paris air show.
Lisbon has budgetary approval for the purchase of five KC-390s and an announcement on a contract is possible during or before the air show in June.
